I just got a notice from Ford that my Raptor order has been converted to an EARLY 23 with an order number of J400 is that an actual order number?

If that's the order number on your DORA then yes.

What is DORA?

I guess I need to ask the dealership for that?

Your orders number is the order code top right.

Just wanted to make sure you’re not confusing order number and priority code? Order number is just a unique identifier for your order. It doesn’t have any bearing on your eligibility to be built. Priority code is the one you should be worried about. Make sure it is a number between 10 and 19 to be eligible for build. Everything else is based on how early you reserved and ordered.
