2025 Bronco Sport Badlands Sync 4

We just picked up our newly arrived 2025 Bronco Sport Badlands that we ordered in September. It actually arrived two weeks earlier than the shipping estimate! There are no concerns except for one. The personal profiles tab/icon not present on the settings menu on the Sync 4 screen. Has anyone seen this issue with Sync 4?
