Bronco Nation has covered Ford’s durability testing for the Sport, Bronco, and Bronco R –– now, it’s time to share footage of the Bronco Raptor being proven on the trails.

We had exclusive access to the 2022 Bronco Raptor’s durability testing in Johnson Valley, California, and we have hours of footage. In this first part of the series, three Bronco Raptor units tackle rock crawling.

The Upper Echelon of Off-Roaders

When introducing the all-new Bronco, Ford went for an advantage in high-speed driving. First place in low-MPH rock crawling was left on the table –– for the moment. Then came the Bronco Raptor, and with it, Ford’s no-mercy approach: The series excels at both high-speed driving and low-speed rock crawling.

Engineers designed the vehicle to do it all. It goes fast, climbs rocks –– nearly nothing will stop it, save for a narrow trail, perhaps. Watch here as the Bronco Raptor and its beefed-up steering rack, full-vehicle bash plates, and competition-level axles are put to the test from all angles.

Stay tuned for what’s coming next!
