For 2025, Ford has made some changes to the availability of the 4-cylinder 2.3L EcoBoost engine and the 6-cylinder 2.7L. The 6-cylinder 3.0 EcoBoost availability remains the same for the 2025 Bronco lineup: Raptor only.
Here’s an at-a-glance breakdown of which Bronco trim and door count is available with which engine. We’ve also noted the transmission options, as there have been changes for both Badlands and Heritage from 2024.

New for 2025
Electric Brake Boost (EBB) is now standard on all series. Up until 2025, it was included in the 2.7L engine. What does that mean for you? One advantage of EBB is a more responsive brake pedal: Less pressure needs to be applied to the pedal to significantly slow down the Bronco, thanks to an electric motor amplifying the force.
