Near the beginning of March, Ford released Bronco Job 2 updates for the 2026 model year. To catch you up, among them are two welcome additions to production: Orange Fury paint joins the colors, and the Wildtrak trim is back, as a package that can be added to the 4-door Badlands.

The Wildtrak Package
For $11,945, the one-click-to-add package transforms the Badlands into a next-level off-road ready machine, by adding the standard suspension system from the Wildtrak trim.
You get the key features of the former desert-runner while keeping all the goodies Badlands is known for, such as the stabilizer bar disconnect, Marine Grade Vinyl seats and rubberized floors, full steel bash plates and underbody armor, and rock rails.
The package includes:
- 2.7L EcoBoost V6 Engine
- 10-Speed Automatic Transmission
- Sasquatch Package
- HOSS 3.0 with FOX Internal Bypass Dampers
- Black Appearance Package
Available with Hard Top, Shadow Black Roof. Requires 4-Door.
Orange Fury
For $995, you can get your Badlands with the Wildtrak Package in one of the brightest colors the 2026 Bronco wears: Orange Fury Metallic Tri-coat.
Fans of the Bronco know that certain colors introduced have resembled others, but with a twist: Antimatter Blue in low light looks like Shadow Black. Lightning Blue on the First Edition shares Velocity Blue vibes. Ruby Red could be Rapid Red in another life, and don't forget about Hot Pepper Red. Is that Area 51 across the way, or Azure Gray?

I, as an art major dropout turned English grad, well-versed in color theory and grayscale tones but not enough to succeed, thought my dealer had a new Iconic Silver Bronco on the lot last week. It was Avalanche Gray. If your favorite color is ever discontinued, you probably have another chance to get something similar in the future.
Orange Fury falls into this collection of “similar but different” shades, sharing DNA with the retired Cyber Orange. Yet, like with the others, if you sit quietly and look closely, you can tell you’re seeing something fresh.
Captured: An Orange Fury Badlands with Wildtrak Package
Bronco Nation got the opportunity to see both of these Job 2 features out in the wild, at the Michigan Proving Grounds on one Bronco, and we got pictures and video to share with you.
Since the Wildtrak never fully left us and the package contents could already be added to orders, you won’t see anything unfamiliar there. But Orange Fury stands out.
Tell Us What You Think
Can you see the richer, more saturated tones of Orange Fury, even on screen? How does it compare to Cyber Orange for you? Are you going to spec the Wildtrak Package on a Badlands to get one Bronco made up of two of the lineup’s top trims?
Does the best-of-both worlds, blended rock crawler + desert runner make you want to hit a playground like Moab or Johnson Valley, where you have obstacles to go over plus areas to open it up and feel the suspension float across the sand?
