King of the Hammers, the world’s toughest one-day race, has been a Bronco Nation staple since the 6th generation of Bronco launched. For years, staff and community have been meeting up in the dry lakebeds of California’s Johnson Valley to watch amateur and pro drivers take on the racetrack’s desert sands and boulders –– and have some off-roading and camping fun ourselves.

We’re deep in the planning for 2026’s Hammers event, which runs January 22 - February 7, and we invite you to join Bronco Nation for the bucket-list adventure as we watch Ford Racing teams battle others for the crown once again.
