You can now reserve a spot at Overland Expo East Bronco Basecamp!
Join us in Arrington, VA for a weekend of camping, Bronco and Sport drives, checking out the expo, and taking classes. OE-East Bronco Basecamp will be hosted October 3-6, at Oak Ridge Estate. The expo takes place October 4-6, but guests are free to check in and camp the day before.
Accommodations
Members, reserve your spot at Bronco Basecamp in your own tent or overlanding setup, or book a glamping tent, complete with a queen mattress, pillows, sheets, and more.
- Your tent/overlanding setup – $75 per space, includes all three nights (No water/electricity hookups. Portable toilets and Geyser shower systems on grounds.)
- Glamping tent – $225 per space, includes all three nights (No water/electricity hookups. Portable toilets and Geyser shower systems on grounds.). Along with the standard 225 sq. ft. canvas bell tent, this accommodation includes a queen bed with a queen sheet set, pillows, blanket, and more.
Your campsite reservation gets you access to the Thursday kick-off party, Bronco Off-Roadeo Trail Guide-led drives on Friday and Saturday, community time at the campfire, and more. We’re ready to have a great time together!
Tickets for Overland Expo need to be purchased separately on OverlandExpo.com. All attendees of Bronco Basecamp must have an Overland Expo camping ticket in addition to your Bronco Basecamp reservation.

- Basecamp opens at 4PM on Thursday, October 3. Please note that OEE cuts off arrivals at 6PM Thursday/Friday and at 5PM on Saturday.
- Basecamp check-out is at 10AM on Sunday, October 6.

Trail Drives
This year, we will be taking Bronco Basecampers on Enchanted Creek and Big Levels (North and South).*
Bronco Off-Roadeo Trail Guides will supply attendees with a private-channel radio, guided instruction, and spotting as needed.
Friday, October 4
Enchanted Creek (8AM-12PM / 1PM-5PM)
- Easy – All Broncos and Sports
Enchanted Creek is a seasonal forest route full of rocks, mud, and stream crossings. Additional features are a tunnel, and the fact that the trail follows along the Blue Ridge Parkway at points. OnX rates difficulty a 3/10.
Saturday, October 5
Big Levels (North) (8AM-12PM)
- Moderate/Hard – Minimum 32” tires and rear locker required
- High risk of pinstriping
Big Levels (South) (1PM-5PM)
- Moderate/Hard – Minimum 32” tires and rear locker required
- High risk of pinstriping
Big Levels, also known as Bald Mountain, brings vegetation tunnels, rocks to crawl, water to cross, and beautiful views of the mountains. OnX rates difficulty a 5/10.
For this drive, you can join for a full day, starting at 8AM, or meet up halfway through with the second Off-Roadeo Trail Guide-led drive leaving at 1PM.
