After much anticipation, Ford Performance Parts has officially launched the "Blue Free Wheeling" package for Bronco Sport owners, bringing a fresh new twist to the popular Free Wheeling theme. I took some photos of this concept at my first SEMA show in 2023 and couldn’t quit admiring it. The Blue Free Wheeling Sport captured attendees’ attention with its cool, bold style with the next question being, “When will it be available?” That time is now, and it’s packaged in a kit that you can install on your own Bronco Sport.
The Price Tag
Unlike the factory-offered Sport Free Wheeling Edition — which features a vibrant color scheme ranging from red to orange and is available only on the Big Bend trim — the new Blue Free Wheeling is a DIY kit priced at $2,625.00 from Ford Performance Parts. Designed to bring a unique, customized look, the kit comes complete with everything you need, plus instructions for installation.
Works for Any Sport
Better yet, the kit is designed to fit Big Bend, Outer Banks, and Badlands models, giving owners across the Sport lineup the flexibility to craft their own Blue Free Wheeling creation on any color Sport you own, although I think it would look better on some colors than others, but hey, you want to Blue Free Wheel your Cyber Orange Sport, go ahead. Whether you’re driving the Badlands, Outer Banks, Big Bend, or even the extinct Base, this package lets you stand out with a factory-quality, yet truly individual style.
