Last year, Ford introduced Ford Custom Garage –– limited-edition upfitter packages for vehicles in the Ford lineup –– as an easy way for owners to customize their Ford trucks and SUVs with appearance and performance upgrades while staying under warranty.
All parts of the packages are designed and tested to Ford factory standards for precise fit and function and can be serviced by any Ford Dealer in the U.S.

Releases available for purchase have included the Matte Black, Sinister Bronze, and Coastal Package for Bronco, and the Blue Free Wheeling Package for the Bronco Sport.
The packages are designed to reflect your style and the latest trends. With bundles featuring engine tunes, suspension upgrades, body decals, wheels, and more, personalizing your Bronco can be as easy as visiting your dealer.
This week, at SEMA 2025 in Las Vegas, Ford showcased another Ford Custom Garage Bronco package, the Ford Performance ORV Package Concept, to demonstrate what’s possible in personalization. Other Ford Custom Garage concepts featured were the Maverick 300T Bronze Package and the FP800S Bronze Magneride Package. Ford considers these concepts as what could be the next evolution of factory-backed performance.

The team started under the hood with a tune, them upped the suspension to HOSS 3.0, beefed up the skid plates and diff cover, added RIGID lights, and changed out the exhaust to Borla’s high-clearance system for better off-roading.
Other functional upgrades include adding hood struts, an under-hood ARB air compressor, and the auxiliary switch kit. Aesthetic items, like the Stealth Hood Decal, unique fender badges, body-side graphics, and tailgate badging, can be spotted across the exterior, making this Bronco appealing in power and looks.
This concept, as well as the other packages, delivers many changes customers already do to their own vehicle after taking it home –– minus the extra steps and effort.
