If you’ve been lucky enough to attend Bronco Off-Roadeo, you know it is an awesome experience. But if you get the chance to attend a Bronco Nation Member Day... it’s even more amazing! I recently had the chance to go to one of these member days at the New Hampshire location, and it was INCREDIBLE! I’m thrilled to share some highlights of the day with you all.
If you haven’t yet experienced the thrill of a Bronco Off-Roadeo event – or if you’re ready to go again at another location –book a trip now. And if you can make it to a Bronco Nation, Off-Roadeo, or Outpost event... even better! Check our event calendar for our upcoming Bronco Nation Member days.
It’s been a while since I last introduced myself, so I wanted to take a moment to share a bit about who I am and what I do. (If you already know me, feel free to skip ahead!) I initially joined the Bronco Nation team about 2.5 years ago to help develop new merchandise and work on events. The Bronco Nation has since expanded, and I now manage all our Ford Bronco parts sales in the Bronco Nation gear store. So, if you have purchased anything from our partners like TrailRax, Heretic, Ford Performance, or more… there is a good chance I played a role in getting that item to you and might have even chatted with you via email!
Not My First Roadeo
Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of visiting all the Bronco Off-Roadeo locations. My first stop was the Vegas location, but I must admit, the New Hampshire site holds a special place in my heart (I’m a bit biased as an East Coast girl!). The views are incredible (shameless plug to share a great Instagram story!), and the obstacles are exciting. Although the photos are fantastic, they don’t quite capture the full experience — it’s even more impressive in person.
Recap of Bronco Nation Member Day
I flew into Boston and then made the about two-hour drive up to the New Hampshire site. I must admit, I made a quick stop in the city on my way for a lobster roll. (If you have time, I highly recommend Row 34...it’s my favorite place for an amazing roll!)
Once I arrived at the Off-Roadeo basecamp, we started with a quick introduction from the trail guides and fellow members, and a little ice breaker prior to starting the activities. Next, we headed out to the ORX course for some foundational training. It was a perfect start before hitting the trails. One thing I noticed throughout the day was there were Sasquatches everywhere! I am truly curious how many there are across the campus. If you are a true Bronco enthusiast, you know how much these ‘Easter Eggs’ mean to the Bronco community! So it’s always fun to see glimpses of that in real life.
One of the standout moments was our ride up the ski lift to the mountain’s peak. The views were absolutely breathtaking and made our lunch even more special. Fun fact: this Bronco Off-Roadeo location also serves as a popular ski resort in the winter, adding a unique twist to the experience.
After lunch, we went back on the trails, which became progressively more challenging as the day went on. It was truly inspiring to witness those “lightbulb” moments when participants conquered obstacles that they initially found daunting. The support and camaraderie among everyone made each success even more rewarding.
A Perfect Ending to a Perfect Day
After a full day of both teaching and trail driving, it was time to get the entire group back together and relax. As the sun set, we gathered around the bonfire for dinner and s’mores. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with our new friends – sharing stories and reflecting on the day. These are the moments that remind me of the real value of the Bronco Nation community and the valuable connections we make with one another.
For those planning a visit to New Hampshire, I highly recommend checking out a couple of local favorites (recommendations from the trail guides):
- Gilford Village Store: This is a favorite of the entire Bronco Nation team… fantastic lunch spot with great sandwiches and baked goods as well!
- Annie’s Café: Another great spot for a delicious breakfast or lunch.
- Cactus Jack’s: A fun place for a casual meal with a good atmosphere.
I hope this recap gets you excited for the next Bronco Nation Takeover Day. Whether you’re a long-time Bronco enthusiast or new to the community, this is a fantastic opportunity to experience the thrill of Bronco Off-Roadeo and connect with fellow members. I can’t wait to see you there!
Stay tuned for more details and be sure to check out the attached photos from our recent adventure. Until next time, happy off-roading!
