Woodward Dream Cruise 2024 – Pics, Updates, and News!

Woodward Dream Cruise in next Saturday, August 17 –– it's a big event for Bronco, not only because it's the world's largest one-day car cruise, but also because it's in Ford's backyard.

Because of that, we get to do special activities leading up to it, on Thursday and Friday.

This thread is a place to get updates on times and parking, add pictures of your time at these events and the cruise, and if Ford drops anything special, and see the news –– some members got to be there for the first in-person reveal of Eruption Green, and new models like the Everglades, Raptor, and Heritage/Heritage Limited have showed up in the Bronco Corral, as well as the Sport's Black Appearance Package.

For those not attending, we will be doing a live LIVE from the Bronco Corral at 2PM ET on Saturday, so you can tune in to see some of the action and hear from Ford and other guests "in person."

Thursday, August 15

Michigan Assembly Plant tour (3PM): We’ll be going behind-the-scenes of where your Bronco was built! This is a unique opportunity for those of us who got excited by the Bronco “baby pictures” and like to know as much as we can about our vehicles.
After the tour, we’ll head to Ford’s Garage in Dearborn for dinner. The neighborhood burger joint is themed after a 1920s service station. It’s a fun place to check out with good food. A private, members-only reception awaits on the Ford’s Garage patio.

Friday, August 16

Ford Piquette Avenue Plant (9AM) –– the birthplace of the Model T! The former factory has been preserved as a museum, and we’ll start our day here with breakfast and special guests, exclusively for Bronco Nation members.
Next, we will visit Fair Lane Estate (2PM), the former home of Henry and Clara Ford. In 2022, we got pictures in front of the home, but this time, we’ll be headed inside. Tours are rare, so enjoy the opportunity!
World Headquarters (4PM) will be next. Last year, we were able to line up a ton of Broncos in front of FoMoCo’s building. Let’s go bigger this year!
Woodward Cruise: We will finish with a cruise of Woodward for all Broncos and Sports. Locals know that even though the official cruise is Saturday, the daily driving of Woodward starts earlier in the week. We’ll get in a long line of Broncos before the traffic gets heavy!

The 2024 Woodward Dream Cruise! Broncos of all generations can be displayed in the Bronco Corral. We’ll have a full day of checking out each other’s Broncos, getting to know owners, and watching the classics go by. We’ll also have merchandise available.

For our 1966-1996 owners, you will be parking in Stephenson Park.
All 2021-2024 owners will turn in before on that on Elm Park Blvd.
There will be a Ford display in between, where the bulk of our 6th Gens parked last year!

If you're a 2021-2024 owner looking for the North Lot, be sure to watch for your turn. Missing it means a decent circle-around on Woodward that we'd like for you to be able to avoid.

There is (some) hope, we haven't been told to book the trip yet, so dates can shift. I'd be surprised if it shifts sooner, but hey... never know.

Assuming they do tell us to book the trip, my plan is to go to the Bronco Outpost at Holly Oaks on Aug 18th or 19th. Not sure how many of ya'll will be there, but hopefully I will be one of them.

I just signed up for the Bronco Coral this morning, I did not sign up for the other activities…..
I figured it was an unforgettable experience last year, why not have others enjoy what I did last year!!!
I wasn’t sure if I was going to make it this year with the few surgeries I’ve had and one more coming up…

Can’t wait to be there again!!!
