Sasquatch with 35's or 2" lift with 37's?

I've seen several pics with 37's on the new rigs with the "factory" 2" lift option. What I have not seen yet is the 2" lift with 35" tires?

I've seen the pics of the Bronco, but I haven't stumbled across where Ford is offering 37" tires. Going with the 2" lift and buying some 37" tires may be the way to go instead of going with the Squatch package. Especially if someone wants the 7 speed manual.

That is what I was leaning toward, as well. I really want that 7-speed. The only problem I see is that the Sasquatch package comes with high-clearance fender flares to clear the 35s. Don't know if that will be an easy upgrade if one wants to install the 37s on a non-Sasquatch model. Here's hoping!

They look like they are wider than the BL flares. Not sure if there is more clearance.

There is a "high clearance suspension" option...personally I think this belongs to the Squatch. Ford says there is more clearance and less articulation in the Squatch. The image of that beast on 37's looks like a bigger lift that 2".
That vehicle is loaded up with Ford accessories, so maybe they'll offer a 3" kit...?

This is what I’m basing that statement on.

If swapping tires, I would see what gear ratios you can get to save some work.

I'm probably getting the sasquatch mainly for the lockers / gears. The wheels and tires are icing on the cake. The fact its only offered in auto is a downside.

If the Bronco is truly as modular as they are selling it to be, I would think replacing fenders will be ridiculously easy. I think I even saw a picture where the fenders are simply retained to the body with a quarter or half turn latch assembly.

I for one am looking forward to being able to slap a pre-runner kit and some 40s on. Since the Bronco is based on the Ranger platform, I’m hoping they don’t have to reinvent the wheel and a kit can hit the market sooner than later.

I was enthused about the Sasquatch package until I found out it was auto only. So I put my reservation in for a Badlands instead. The lift and tires can be put on after the fact, either from Ford performance or aftermarket. Everything else is included on the Badlands, plus it's the only regular trim with the sway bar disconnect.

I'm sure the after market will support the Bronco as well as it does the Mustang.Which means you can buy enough stuff to build a new car without a single original factory piece. :ROFLMAO: well maybe the engine block

Sounds like what you're saying @WuNgUn is that the factory 2" lift is the "high clearance suspension" option and that Ford stated that it will provide more lift, but lest articulation than the Sasquatch package. Did I get that right? Where did we learn that and do we know any more (like what *is* the lift on the Squatch package)?

We do know that the Squatch has more clearance in the suspension to clear the tires, according to Ford....
It MAY only be something you get on the Squatch, and the listing of "high clearance suspension" online is just a mistake.
Kinda like how they list Co-Pilot 360 option but also list the individual components of the package as options, which for sure won't be had individually.
Only time will tell

Interesting. I *thought* there was talk of the 2” lift being an a la carte option - I just wasn’t clear if that came with the Sasquatch package or if you could add that on top. I was also intrigued by you comment about Ford saying one option had more clearance an one more articulation and wanted to learn more. Ideally I want both, but if there’s a trade off I would love to understand it.

Saw previously a pic with a two door on 37's that had a 2" factory lift. If you look they are to my eyes fox coilovers similar to the ranger lift.

Bronco6g breaks down differences between badlands and Sasquatch package. Pretty much all you are getting is tires and lift. But seeing that it’s not available with the 7 speed i rather get the badlands and just upgraded to 37s with a 2” lift later.

Gears too
I’m not holding my breath, but hope we can choose a taller gear set with the Badlands without adding Sasquatch to make it easier to slap some 37s on.

The badlands comes with 4.7 axles. If you switch to the auto, they are changed to 4.46. Then if you Squatch it, they go back to 4.7.

I’m hoping they allow us to select taller gears.

Doesn’t the Orange 2 door with the 37’s in all the photos also have the manual shifter in the interior photos. I also wanted the 7speed manual with the 35”.

Yes I believe it’s the 7 speed in those photos
