We believe that Bronco is not just a nameplate, it’s a lifestyle. It’s not just a vehicle, it’s an icon. It doesn’t signal an arrival; it represents a legacy. When Bronco Nation launched this spring, we planted our flag as one nation. One nation that rallies around the spirit of the bucking Bronco: wild at heart, driven by curiosity and ready for adventure.
This week, commemorating the all-new 2021 Bronco family, we revealed the next evolution of our Bronco Nation logo: the medallion.
“Our branding at launch was all about planting the flag for Bronco Nation. When thinking about the next chapter – introducing memberships, the reveal of the new Bronco family, welcoming the next generation of Bronco owners – we wanted to incorporate design cues that celebrate both Bronco’s rich heritage and our commitment to continuing its legend,” explains Alison Couzens, Bronco Nation's lead creative.
Inspired by the six generations of Bronco, the medallion features a six-sided hexagon shape and six lines flanking the Bronco Nation flag. “It was important that our medallion logo incorporate the original Bronco Nation flag, representing the community that has been with us since day one,” says Couzens.
The centerpiece of the medallion logo is, of course, the bucking bronco. It’s why we’re all here.
Ben Dawson, Chief Outdoor Officer for Bronco Nation, on why the new brandmark embraces the spirit of Bronco Nation: “This logo represents our commitment to the Bronco community. Our drive is to deliver the very best and to push ourselves to limits we aspire to achieve. To the people who are here and the people who will be here, we embrace you.”
