Moab 4x4 Expo 2020

In a normal year—which 2020 has been anything but—off-roaders look forward to kicking off the upcoming season with a trip to Moab for Easter Safari. Many around the country have been cooped up all winter and can’t wait to get out for some warmer weather (sometimes) and snow-free trails (most of the time). Joining others on the amazing trails around Moab is possible any time of year, but Easter Safari brings with it an off-road industry eager to show off their newest products. It’s a chance to see the next trend in off-road tech and also see what people may have been busy working on over the long cold winter. Easter Safari is usually preceded by Off-Road Expo in the fall in Pomona, Ca. and by SEMA (Specialty Equipment Manufacturers Association) in Las Vegas—an all-indoor convention of off-road tech with no opportunity to get out on organized trail runs. Well, unfortunately for 2020 all of these events cautiously decided to postpone until next year. With pent up demand for some type of off-road, outdoor event, Moab will be home to the first annual Moab 4x4 Expo. October 28-31 will see the opening of the Old Spanish Trails Arena to off-road vendors of all types. In addition to the various off-road vendors on hand to show off their products and answer your questions, there will be over 30 organized trail runs on 13 of Moab’s most famous trails. Moab 4x4 Expo is one of only a few events this year that offer experienced trail masters leading organized trail runs for groups. So, if you are new to the off-road world, or have never been to Moab and are looking for a way to find your way around the dozens of trails in the area, Moab 4x4 Expo is a great opportunity to get out in the wild. Along with off-road equipment vendors, Ford will be on hand with the all new 2021 Bronco for a special sneak peek. Ford has only shown the Bronco in public in a few locations around the country so far, so be sure to come see the Ford Bronco at Old Spanish Trials Arena at Moab 4x4 Expo this week.
