Windshield Washer Pump

Has happened twice now. Try to clean windshield and pump won't spray. Plenty of fluid in the reservoir. If I turn off vehicle and turn back on, pumps washer fluid just fine.

Haven't called dealer yet as it's impossible to replicate. It happens when it happens, though I will reach out to dealer this week. It's one of those nuisance type things, throwing it out there to see if anyone else experienced the same issue.
