Found and bought a 2-Dr Antimatter Blue OBX Bronco on Friday (yes I got hit with an ADM). Got it home (225 Miles away) and have discovered the passenger window is not dropping down upon opening the door. Does anyone know how to fix? I saw one youtube video saying to turn the vehicle on press and hold down the window down for 5 seconds and then the up for 5 seconds and that should fix it, but doesn't work for me. I am able to open it with the console button, but auto-function is not working. Figured I would ask before sitting at my local dealership. Thanks!

I had to reprogram mine. I think you go down, hold for 5 seconds, up for 5 then back down for 5.

Wow, can you complete all those steps in 30 seconds? I didn't add up all the hold for two seconds, hold for five, but it's gotta be close.

Yes Happened to mine. I tried the button trick too, it didn't work. Took it to the dealer, it took 20 minutes to fix. They had to reboot or reflash or whatever they call it the computer. She told me it happens sometimes when the computer does an update, it looses the program. Someone said on my youtube post on it that it has happened with the mustangs for awhile.

It happened on my back passenger window few months ago. Re-set it myself. Works fine now. I rolled down the problem window only. Let off. Then press and hold down on same window button for 5-10 seconds. Then same steps for rolling up. If that doesn't work. Try same sequence but do it 2 times (down, up, down, up). If needed try not letting off the window button in between long presses.

I had the same issue on the right rear door. Scheduled an appointment that was approximately one month away. Found the Youtube video and completed the steps. It fixed the problem but every once in a while I have to complete the steps again. I can’t duplicate what causes the issue to begin with?? Anyone have an idea?

The auto function quit working on my driver window. Dealer replaced The master switch. Worked for a week then quit. Dealer did a reset and it worked for a couple weeks. Now they say to replace switch again, so of course waiting on switch to come in.

Hi there, I'd be happy to look into your Bronco concerns on my end. Will you send us a message with your VIN and dealership info? I can look into things on my end.

This is my biggest concern about the Bronco. The door storage issue is a poor reason not to have window frames on this truck. IMHO!!
