I am about 2K miles in with my soft top Badlands 2021 Bronco. Have only had the top back a couple times (NWI springtime weather hasnt been great so far) and with rain the last few days have had water leaking in above the passenger visor and in the middle near the rear view mirror. Top is latched and secured so not sure what may be happening.
Any suggestions as to what I can try to get a better seal ?

Thanks in advance!

I haven’t had any leaking from my soft top but owning several Wranglers with soft tops, I would suggest that you peel back the roof and confirm that all the rubber seals are not deformed, ripped or misaligned where the top meets them.

Use Sil-Glyde to lubricate the rubber seals & weather stripping which will ensure a watertight fit - it is the best and won’t harm the rubber.

There's been a couple or more posts about this. There might even be a TSB.

I talked to a guy at the auto parts store Friday. He is having similar issues with his soft top. When he takes it through the car wash is always leaks. Said it drips on his lap. Glad I'm waiting for the MIC, although we all know it's issues.

Are you referring to TSB 22-2070 ?

I believe that addresses NVH issues not leaking - is there a specific TSB for leaks?

TSB 21-2403 was one that I found that pertains to leaks near the windshield

No issues with mine but I also only handwash. Granted I wash using heavy water and pressure washer.

Also check:

1. Your rear hatch is slammed shut.

2. Check the latches above rear doors on both sides to make sure they are locked in place. I had to fix mine with my wife help pushing down on the metal frame while I used hammer and flathead screwdriver to secure both sides. This was 3 months ago. See pics of mine BEFORE silver bolts are locked inside the black metal hooks.
