Vibration noise - rattling (VIDEO) --- 2022 4-door Badlands Manual Transmission

I need help all.

2022 Badlands 4-door
2.3L Manual Transmission
(Has already had it's complete transmission replaced because of grinding noise since day 1, was with dealer for 110-days for that service (yes, seriously))

My bronco had been at the dealership for past 2 weeks. They can reproduce the issue but not find it.

It is a vibration / rattling noise at certain RPMs.

When I shift gears and press in clutch I get the noise from time to time.

If I hold the RPM's at a certain level you can also hear it.

Sounds like intake or exhaust resonance.I had a car that did that and it was the flex coupling on the exhaust.

Is the sound coming from the dash? In the video it looks like you are checking the dash area. I had that in one of my vehicles turned out to be a loose bolt on something attached to the dash support bar.
