Issue popped up once before, took it to dealership and ofc when went to my appointment the lights went off and I was told if lights aren't on they can diagnose it. I was told since lights aren't blinking and since they're not permanently on it's not an issue and it's okay to drive. On my trip from GA to IA my lights kicked on again , and go off again when I stop at a gas station. Only noticable difference is at lower speeds. Is there a recall I'm missing on this ? Seems to be a common issue across all the forums.

Which engine do you have? 2.3L, 2.7L or is it a Raptor? Mileage? Year of Bronco? I ask because I have a 23 Big Bend with a 2.3L and haven't had any issues like that. Only have about 7,200 miles on it though.

2.3L, 2023 Base model , with just over 29k. Like I just stopped at gas station, came out and the wrench light is off again, but if I set cruise control, my check engine light will come on with the stuff about the turbo, followed directly by the wrench light. I'm figuring the turbo error is causing the power train malfunction due to either to much boost or to little. But not sure, I'm taking to the dealership today.

Good luck. In case it isn't happening when you take it in, I would print out those images and perhaps have them check the wiring? Maybe there is a short? Was it raining? Do you park it outside or have mice or squirrels around? According to some, the wiring attracts those rodents because of what it is made of.

Thanks I appreciate it. I have the images saved , each time it would pop up so it's time stamped. It gets parked outside, but I'm not the only one with these issues, I saw on the bronco6g forum , there were about 30 something other posts regarding this .

The failure of the turbo wastegate actuator is a known issue on the 2.7L. Had mine replaced at 9K miles. I haven’t seen this issue reported on the 2.3L. Keep us posted.

I have the 2.7 with 32K miles and no issues so far. All these new cars have so damn many sensors and what not, that almost all of them have some kind of issue.

The turbo wastegate issue for the 2.3 was primarily limited to a small number of vehicles built in early 2022 that had been left on “dirt mountain” in the winter while awaiting needed parts to finish their builds. It was addressed by replacing the turbo assembly. I haven’t seen any wastegate issues for the 4-cyo since then. I’ve got 36K on my ‘22 Black Diamond (built in April of ‘22).
