I am wondering if anybody tried installing a different Ford GPS/Satellite Antenna (M2DZ-10E893-A) and Extension Cable (M2DZ-18812-A) and installing it on the cowl or an accessory bracket outside the vehicle? My Bronco has terrible Sirius reception and is almost, in my opinion, useless. I love the new Bronco, but this problem is a real pain. I love driving in the woods but I can't listen to tunes. I'm an old fart, not in to technology, don't own a cell phone, so playlists and all this new fangled ways to listen to music are beyond my little brain.
If moving the receiver puck outside the cab ad the new receiver and cable fix the problem I will be happy....although Ford should cover it but they won't, and the TSB 22-2096 is only for 2021 and early 2022 models??????
