Screen Issue

I've search, and haven't found this. I just picked up my new Bronco. It has the large screen, and the bottom button seems to be scrambled. It doesn't seem to be affecting the functionality. I have an appointment with my dealership to look at on Friday. Has anyone had this issue, how long did it take to fix?

It's really annoying as I didn't even have 75 miles on the odometer before the issue started happening, and my dealership is about 2 hours from me...

Can’t say I’ve seen that (literally got my rig last week) although I have seen something on a forum that explains how to do some sort of hard reset of the sync system. Worth trying to google maybe

I had screen and connection issues with my small screen. CarPlay music would cut in and out, screen would freeze or go black, very intermittently. Tried Teller's hard reset, to no avail. Took it to dealer service who of course, could not replicate the issues. Finally, my service tech noticed the screen's slow response. Ordered a new "hard drive," installed and even though it is the wrong one and another is on its way, no more issues with my screen so far. Very grateful to Joel, the service tech at Walnut Creek Ford.

Can’t say I’ve seen that (literally got my rig last week) although I have seen something on a forum that explains how to do some sort of hard reset of the sync system. Worth trying to google maybe

I tried the hard reset last night, and it didn't work... Looks like they are going to need to replace it. Fun...

Sorry to hear about your screen issue. Only issue I've had with my large screen was while in reverse in camera view it would completely cut out and go black. Happened twice early on but hasn't happened since.

Sorry to hear about your screen issue. Only issue I've had with my large screen was while in reverse in camera view it would completely cut out and go black. Happened twice early on but hasn't happened since.

I had that just this week! it was the camera view but everything was black. Put it in park and then reverse again and it was normal…so strange!!

Yeah, it's weird. I did the same - switched to park and back and it was fine. That was earlier in the spring. It's been good ever since. Now it's just dealing with intermittent self driving windows lol (like many others have experienced, when rolling up my windows the passenger or rear driver will sometimes roll itself back down). I actually spent about 5 minutes this morning when getting out of my vehicle for work fighting with one of my rear windows. Finally got it to reset.

Mine did that as well. Called the dealership and they said to roll the window up and hold the button up for 10 seconds then roll down and hold the button down for 10 seconds, then roll it up. That seemed to work! Mine hasn’t done that since.
