Received a call from my dealer a few days ago to schedule their mobile service to repair the rear-view camera for the recall. The tech just left. He needed to remove the rear tire, and the rear tire housing that attaches to the rear door. Also, the panel that is on the inside of the door. This panel gives him access to the camera wiring connector. I had two radio antennas, a set of lights and a Wolfbox rear camera installed on the rear tire/rear tire housing. The tech removed all the aftermarket stuff along with tire and housing. Replaced the Ford camera, reinstalled everything and even checked to ensure that the Wolfbox and light-set were working. Tech told me that I was the second of five replacements he had scheduled for today. He mentioned that they are allotted one hour for the replacement. He was finished with mine in less than one hour. Maybe this will be helpful. It was not a complicated install.
