So, my 23 MT has been towed twice in two weeks. First, I lost all lower gears C, 2,4,6. The dealer stated that the shift cable was out of alignment. It was towed the following week after I lost the 5th and 6th gears. Now, the dealer is advising me that I have excessive play in the shift forks. Is anyone having issues with MT shift cables or forks?

On another note, the dealer completed the transmission TSB. After completion and driving home from the dealership, the "Service 4x4" came on, and the 4WD engaged at highway speed. The Bronco was towed in, and a chaffed wire was located. I discovered the transfer case wire was not correctly attached and shorted out on the driveshaft, engaging the transfer case.

It's under warranty I assume.
