Have a 2023 Bronco Black Diamond with a leaking shock absorber. Have been waiting for 5 weeks for warranty replacement. 1600 miles on Bronco. Ford unable to give date for availability of replacement shock. Anyone else in BN had this problem? Ford not very accomodating.

VIN: 1FMDE5AP8PLC05680; Lamoureux Ford, East Brookfield, MA. Would appreciate any help in finding out when a replacement shock can be expected. I am told by dealer part number is: MB3Z-18124BX. Thanks!
