Hi all, I just recently bought a 2021 bronco sport back in October. In November around Thanksgiving I started to get a notification popping up about an issue dealing with the park aid. It then started showing other faults with pre-collision assist not available, service advancetrak, and hill start assist fault. It also messes up the buttons on the steering wheel, not allowing me to use things like cruise control, voice assist, volume, ect.. the blinkers also get messed up, taking a few seconds longer to turn on or not turn on at all. It also knocks out all my drive modes so I'm stuck in normal mode the entire time. I've had the vehicle looked at and have had both the E.C.U. and Four Wheel Drive Module replaced and still am having issues with the faults turning on. I returned it to the dealership to have it looked at on 01/13/2025 and received it back on 01/29/2025. Today on 01/31/2025 the faults all started back up as it has every time I have had the vehicle worked on. If anyone else has had this issue and had it fixed I would greatly appreciate atleast a starting point to getting it fixed.

Sorry for your troubles and I hope they get worked out soon. Don’t know much about the sports but when the big bronco has issues like that it is usually a wheel speed sensor is bad or dirty. Sounds crazy I know but a lot of the modules share a bus so when one goes out it takes a lot of others down with it. I don’t mean the others are ruined they just show a fault on that bus so the computer will disable them.
Maybe some sport folks will chime in or maybe @Melissa Clark has some ideas.

The crazy thing is, it always starts with the park aid fault. And the dealership, atleast this last time, didn't check anything other than putting it on a machine and claiming that it wasn't doing anything; which is possible that it may not. It always starts back up 24 to 48 hours after I receive it back after having it worked on.

Hi there. I’d like to assist with your concern. Could you please send us a PM with your VIN and mileage so I can look into this further?
