Dead cigarette lighter in center console

My friend has a 2021 Ford bronco sport. He basically lives in it during the day at various construction sites as he has oversight/quality control/safety enforcement at numerous job sites.
In any case recently he was at a job site and was using the front console cigarette lighter/auxiliary port. He may have been using some type of immersion heater to heat water. Suddenly the port lost power.
Looking at the fuse diagrams for the fuse box underneath the hood and the fuse box inside the passenger compartment it appears that fuses 61, 70 and 71 are the fuses related to the cigarette lighter/auxiliary port.
These fuses are all located in the fuse box in the engine compartment.
It took us about 25 minutes to figure out how to get to these fuses but that is a different story.
We tested all three fuses with a multimeter/continuity tester and all three of these fuses tested "good".
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a fourth/"mystery fuse"that also controls power to the center console cigarette lighter/auxiliary port?
Thank you
the poacher

Okay I see that this thread has been viewed over 90 times which is awesome!
Like all of you I am scratching my head.
There is no power at the cigarette lighter and because of the way you access the under the hood fuse box, (you have to unplug it) there is no way to test if power is getting to the fuse.
So does anybody know how to get the cigarette lighter/auxiliary port out of the center console?
Thank you
