Clicking noise when turning steering wheel

was wondering if anyone’s experienced this sound or may know what it is:
When I make deep turns with the turn signal on I hear a clicking noise in the steering wheel area. I’ve attached a video of the noise. When not using the turn signal, there is no clicking. It doesnt feel like it’s affecting anything, but I’ve only started noticing it for the past 2 weeks (I got this car in January) and it’s extremely annoying. It’s more apparent when turning left, but happens when turning in both directions.
Any help is appreciated!

Hi there, Emmanemz. Will you send us a message with your VIN and mileage? I can look into things on my end.

Just a thought.... in your driveway... turn on the blinker and then turn the wheel until you hear that click... Stop turning immediately... then turn back the other direction. What happens? Just trying to eliminate the possibility that it is the blinker return detent.
