Has anyone experienced a Bronco misfiring/uneven power delivery after breaking/slow speeds? (basically jerking) My Bronco with 12k miles on the clock is still sat in the dealership repair bay for nearly two weeks because they can’t fix it. Hotline are still ‘researching’
So not only do I have paint falling off a year old Bronco, that won’t be repaired under warranty, the repair shop and the ford hotline can’t seem to fix the mechanical fault.
What are my options? Do I have any? Is it normal for an issue to not be fixed after 2 weeks of ‘research’?

Is it throwing a code or is the misfire (jerking) happening with no CEL?
What motor do you have ?
Do you have a tune or any add on device?
What octane are you running?
I don’t know about two weeks for diagnostic (seems rather lengthy) but vehicles sitting at dealerships for parts is par for the course right now.

Good afternoon. Could you please send us a DM with your VIN and mileage? We want to take a closer look at this issue for you. Thank you.

Badlands. There is no code/CEL. No tune or any add on devices. I’ve tried regular to premium octane with no difference. The repair shop seem to have tried all the usual fixes. The hotline have suggested a few fixes, with the last one asking them to perform a comparison with another unit. I’m not sure what that suggests.

Thank you, I already have a Ford rep dealing with this and the paint issue.

Thank you. They are already involved due to the paint issue. They don’t appear to be having a break through either!

Silly question but needs to be asked. Have you tried different brands of gas?
Could it be a transmission issue?

Yes, I’ve tried many. It’s definitely not an issue with gas. I’m assuming they have looked into the transmission, since it seems one of the most obvious factors 🤷‍♀️

Hope they get you fixed up soon and under warranty, and I hope this doesn't turn you off of the Bronco, With the number of Broncos that have been made there are bound to be a few with some issues.
