Bad APIM

Anyone have a solution to get Ford to supply a replacement for a bad APIM (the module that runs the console for radio, cameras, etc.)? Mine went bad on my 22 WildTrak on July 26. Ford tells dealer part if "on order", but, has not sent nor provided a tracking number. I've been without any console since July and Ford has no answers when you call the customer "care" line.

Not yet the call just produced “sympathy” but no help

Good luck with the PM. I aited one month to get a response for the help they offered for my charging platform. The response I got was it was sent to the wrong group. That group told me to contact the right group, gave their name, but no contact information. I asked the 1st group to send me that information. That was 2-3 weeks ago. It won't be a surprise when they go under.

Just read an article about Ford CEO that took a trip across the USA in an EV F-150. He found there were many issues. Slow charge times, 40 minutes to gt 40% of a charge. Opened his eyes as the article goes. Wonder how long it will take for the Big 3 to tell the govt. to go away.

Guess what Bronco friends, still with no APIM replacement part shipped by Ford to dealer after 78 days with no shipping date known. The supplier has the part, but, cannot ship until Ford provides a programming update and Ford will not provide a projected date for the programming to be sent to supplier.
