Hi, I have a 2022 Outer Banks with luxe package. My backup stopped working about 6 months ago and gives me Contact Dealership error every single freaking time I put in reverse..I've been to dealership 4 times, wasted lots of hours of my time, most recent they had it for 8 days!! I get there and tell me it's fixed. I get in...boom, same error message!!! Now tell me they have to order ANOTHER PART...so I'll be back AGAIN when part arrives and it will take multiple days. Wtf?? Time for class action?? Better business bureau? Anyone else having same issue that has gotten this resolved? Thanks for any help
