Took delivery in Texas last week, on my drive home (New England), I noticed one of the vent damper was not functioning as it should. When I got home I popped the grill and confirmed that the dial would not function the damper and left it in the open position. This being said I cant seem to see a way to fix the issues without having to disassemble the dash, something I don't want to do nor like the idea of an inexperienced tech at a dealer doing with fear that it doesn't reassemble as it should. Any help or insight appreciated.

I have a similar problem. My center vents let out little to no air. I took it to the dealership and they tried to send me away with No Problem Found. I persuaded the tech to compare it with another Bronco in service, and after me showing him how to do his job, he agreed with me that I had a problem. The defrost and the floor vents work fine, but the center vents are not working, no matter what the fan speed is. The blower is changing speeds, but hardly no air out of the center vents. My Bronco is sitting at the dealership waiting on someone to try to repair. I'm not looking forward to it, because it was already mis diagnosed . It probably will never be the same.

Hi there! I can look into your Bronco's AC concern on my end. To get started, could you please send a private message over with the name/location of your local Ford dealer and your Bronco's VIN?

I had this happen when I first got my 22 in February 22. The driver side would not transition from HOT to COLD, driver side did. I cycled the HVAC a couple of times and it fixed it self. Hasnt happened since. I was going to add to my warranty issue log, but dont have anything else to take it in for...
