I got my 2022 4 door bronco outer banks model back in may and I’ve already had to take my car to the dealership 3 times and they can’t figure out what is wrong with my truck.
First 3 of my rims came damaged with identical scratches and Ford is saying that it came from delivery and therefore they are not at fault. However I have seen other posts on here with the same identical scratches as me. Has anyone gotten farther with ford on that?
I am having intermittent weird clanking, grinding noises when I shut my car off. (https://share.icloud.com/photos/079LPjqyq4ZGC7aEqhdDZMM5Q)
My wireless charging pad is overheating my phone (iPhone XR) causing the touch screen to freeze up.
My touch screen is also glitchy and when I was driving both screens (the 12” & the screen where the odometer is) went black on me and reset.
The dealership has done nothing with it and it’s very frustrating.
Anyone else having any of these issues? Thanks in advance.

In the video is the Bronco running or is that after you shut it down? Might be time to take it to another dealership you do not have to use the dealership you purchased it from for service. The overheating inductive charging I have seen a few times so it is a known issue but I do not know a fix for that short of just using the cord to charge it.

Well, I will say that the damage to the rims COULD have been caused by the shipper. All shippers usually hook up to vehicles in the same places, so if you are seeing the same type/location of damages from different owners in different areas then that could be the problem. Things like missing wheel guards, and over torqueing the ratchet strap tie downs. Just a thought. That doesn't relive Ford from responsibility however, if you noticed the wheel damage during the walk around then your dealership should be working on it. Unfortunately, if you didn't notice it then it might become a you say, they say kind of situation.

When it comes to issues with your dealership not doing anything, or appearing to not do anything the best that you can do is:

1. Go up the chain of command, talk to the Service Manager/Director, the the location General Manager to get answers.
2. If you don't get the answers that you are needing, take it to another dealership, sometimes traveling outside our local dealership can help with issues that are like ghosts

I hope that you get to the bottom of the situations and have a great weekend.

Hi there, I'd be happy to look into your Bronco clanking and other technological concerns on my end. Will you send us a message with your VIN and dealership info? I can look into things on my end.
