When Bronco Nation acquired our 2021 Bronco Badlands, it was non-Sasquatch on 33s. We ran it that way for nearly a year, and we ran it hard. Check out our YouTube channel for video evidence, including footage on Chinaman Gulch. The extremely capable HOSS 2.0 system gave us good clearance and plenty of articulation.

After we had proven you can do nearly everything you would like to do while stock, we moved on to the next project: sourcing, testing, and getting you discounts on great products you can use to modify your Bronco. Lights and compressor aside, some of the first items we added were a lift, wheels, and 35s.

In this video, watch as Bronco Nation’s Jon Melton and Dirt Tires & Donuts Garage’s Garrett add the GRT Offroad's Sasquatch Equipped Bronco Lift Kit on our 2021 Bronco Badlands.

Installation Guide: GRT Offroad Lift Kit

  1. Jon starts by removing the skid plates and sway bar for better access to the front shocks (0:47).
  2. Before you remove your lower control arms (2:14), mark your cam bolts with a paint pen.
  3. Once the control arm is separated from the coilover (3:56), remove the coilover bolts to take off the assembly.
  4. Install the GRT Offroad collar on the shock (4:05).
  5. Reinstall the coilovers on the Bronco (5:39).
  6. Reinstall the skid plates and sway bar (6:44).
  7. Start on the rear coilovers (6:49) by first removing the inner fender liner.
  8. Support the rear axle (7:13) and remove the lower strut bolt and coilover.
  9. Repeat the collar install on the rear shock (7:23).
  10. Reinstall the coilover (7:32) and inner fender liner.

Finally, make sure you get an alignment after adding your wheels and tires!
