I’m hoping someone has some thoughts. I’m trying to discover where water is getting into the frame of the body and dripping out on the visor and the seam of the airbag on the passenger side. Anyone have this issue?

Are you the original owner?
The reason I ask is because there is a provision for drilling a hole under the passenger side accessory cover on the top of the windshield frame to pass a wire for a light bar into the cabin. If the previous owner installed a light bar into this manner and removed it there would be an open hole that would cause water intrusion in the area you described.

If you are the original owner, ignore everything above.

There was a TSB back in 2021 or 2022. Found it on Bronco6G

I am the original owner and haven’t mounted a light bar as of now but thank you for those tips.

This is interesting I wish I could get this in a format I could print. You’d think Ford would have fixed this issue by the 23 models but that’s probably wishful thinking 🤔 thanks for your help.

The main thing is to save it to your phone and provide the TSB number to your dealership.

Here is the whole thing that you should be able to download to print. Nine pages total https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2021/MC-10203652-0001.pdf

Good morning. Could you please send us a DM with your VIN and mileage? We want to take a closer look at this issue for you. Thank you.
