I’ve pulled two different utility trailers and both times have gotten a left turn signal error warning on my screen. Can’t be a coincidence. Gotta be something wrong on the bronco side? Any ideas?

Curious if yours has the factory tow package or aftermarket installation?

Bad connection on whichever pin connects to the left tail light?

That kinda what I thought, but hated to just start pulling it all apart

I had this problem with Bronco trailer wiring error. Trailer lights worked fine with my Dodge w250. Dealer said the Bronco wiring was OK. Turned out to be in the trailer wiring.

Had similar problem using the 4 wire plug. The cover on the truck puts a lot of pressure on the plug and I would get the error. If I held the cover back it was fine. Thought it might be the trailer. I also use a 7 to 4 pin converter and that works fine. The pressure on the 4 plug was causing a short.
