So I got my christmas gift a little early cause I accidentally opened the wrong amazon package and I thought I would share.I didn't like how small and dim the.Rear dome light was in my 4 door bronco, and so I asked for a replacement for christmas and a family member got me this and I just put it on today.So I can't say how well it works driving around.But it is definitely brighter, and it Loos kfactory enough It doesn't stand out or look cheap to me and the install was really easy.
It was kind of hard to pop out the old light.I tried using the plastic trim tools and I couldn't get behind it.But I used a forty five degree pick, and that got it open enough.That I could slide in a flat head and pop it out.The trim tool is just bending too much, and it doesn't look like I scratched anything up doing it that way.
But besides that, you basically just unplugged the old one and plug in the new one, and it has springs to go in to hold it.But it also has a couple pieces of double sided tape.We'll see how well it holds up staying in there or if I have to figure out a better way to keep it up, but hopefully not.
