There are way too many choices out there..looking to get some new tires as a treat for myself for Christmas. I'm on the stock tires that came with my 2021, just about 22K miles. Definitely want them to be all terrain. Could use some intel from folks - I have been looking into BF Goodridge and also NITTO. I live in San Diego, so snow and harsh weather aren't a thing...I do some off roading, lots of road trips and highway driving.

Those are 2 great tire makers, and both have new versions out. BFG's K03s are available in limited sizes with more coming next year. Also, Nitto just dropped their new G3s. Early reviews on both a quite good. Check 'em out!

stay away from nitto trail grapplers... they are noisy on the hwy.

BFG KO's are good tires
Toyo Open Country
Nitto Ridge or Recon Grappler
Falken Wildpeak

Any of these are good hwy and off-road. There are others as well, these are most likely going to be the most common though.

I am a falken fan… i have run the mt’s and the at’s. Currently have the AT’s on my f150 and quite happy with them. 25k miles or so and still have lots of tread. Live in LA ( lower Alabama) so no winter conditions here for the most part. I drive it on dirt/clay/mud roads and not once concerned w/ getting stuck. Jmo.

Here is a pretty good video about a few tire brands. He talks about picking a tire for your use case and not just the name or look of the tire. With all terrain or max terrain there are some compromises no tire will be good at everything. And each brand is focused on a few aspects. Sound, wet, mud, snow, fuel mileage, dry, and longevity to name a few.

Great list of recommendations on tires.

I actually have Trail Grapplers, and they have amazing on road manners. With 17k miles on them, 5 tire rotation every 5k miles. And yes they are louder on road... but it's just a reminder you're not driving a minivan..🤣
