Just an FYI…
I discovered a few drops of fluid on my garage floor so took the Bronco in and they had to replace the pinion seal on the front differential. The service technician told me they’ve had to replace this on several Broncos. Thought I’d give y’all a heads up so you can check and get it fixed while your warranty is still valid.

By the way, I have a ‘23 Bronco, 2.7, Black Diamond.

Yup I had the same issue. Dealership was great. No problem with warranty coverage.

I had mine replaced by the dealer yesterday. Only 11,044 miles on the odometer. All covered under warranty, but it would have cost north of $400 if it came out of pocket. Cheap part, just labor.
Chris here. I drive a 2-door Velocity Blue 2023 Ford Bronco Badlands with Sasquatch, Lux, a 2.7L V6, and an automatic transmission. It’s fun.

Welcome to the Pinion Seal Replacement Club!

Hopefully, it's a relatively small but exclusive club. I plan on monitoring this along with other potential trouble spots in the future.

Luckily, you can crawl under the car to inspect things for yourself (Unless you have a big gut). I was amazed and amused that I could crawl under my car from one side to the other without any trouble. I've never been able to do that before. FTW Bronco! 😉
