On my new Marsh Gray Badlands I am getting the Blackout Package. Currently I have the all black wheels on my 2021 Badlands.

I was thinking of having the trim rings done in the body color.

Thoughts?

Currently I think the all black wheel gets lost...

Do it!
And, if you hate it either buy new ones or strip & powdercoat them black again.

I dig the monochromatic look and actually think you should consider painting the whole wheel Marsh Grey 👍🏼

I think it would be a striking change. All-black wheels are okay but would look better having something to help provide contrast to the tire. This is why I chose matte black wheels with a machine-finished edge. It’s just enough contrast To make a difference. Go for it! It will be unique.
Chris here. I drive a 2-door Velocity Blue 2023 Ford Bronco Badlands with Sasquatch, Lux, a 2.7L V6, and an automatic transmission. It’s fun.

Yeah, but do consider scrapes and gouges from trail use.

My Bronco is HPR and I was thinking of painting my rings black but my wife talked me out of it. She said that they would look better with some contrast from the black rim. I ended up painting them Carbonized Gray and they look great. I would go for Marsh gray. It'll look great.

I'd do the Marsh Gray on the rings.
I've got a Shadow Black Wildtrak & I've been wanting to pull my rings off & cerakote them in Bronze to match my Script logo & the Sinister Bronze Bucking Bronco I put on the tailgate....

I would have them match the body color. I have a Braptor with the Code Orange rings, Black wheels and an Iconic Silver body. I think it looks a lot better. it just pops!

I like it. I also like the idea of doing the whole wheel. It would look similar to the green BN rig with the matching wheels I think that looks sweet.

The Marsh trim rings look like they belong. Like it is a cohesive design. I like it.

I found a company that does a trade in system for the rings.

The LAB North America, anyone have any experience with them. They seem to be pretty responsive and do good work...
