Hey everyone,
I recently installed the Corsa Sport 2.75" Cat-Back Exhaust (Part No. 21209) on my 2025 Bronco Badlands 2.7L, 4-Door with HOSS 3.0. The sound is absolutely amazing — deep, aggressive, and no drone. However, I’ve noticed some issues and wanted to see if anyone else with HOSS 3.0 has experienced this:
Issues I’m Feeling:
Thanks!

However, I’ve noticed some issues and wanted to see if anyone else with HOSS 3.0 has experienced this:
Issues I’m Feeling:
- Noticeable vibration at higher RPMs during acceleration.
- General vibration compared to stock.
- Feels like the engine is working a bit harder than before (though this might just be perception).
- Exhaust is original Corsa.
- I bought it used from the first owner .
- Any other HOSS 3.0 owners running Corsa Sport — do you notice more vibration at higher RPMs?
- Could this be an installation/fitment issue (hangers, clamps, heat shield clearance) unique to the HOSS 3.0 setup?
- Any real effect on drivability/engine load, or is this just how the sound/feel changes with Corsa?
- Bonus: Has anyone clarified if installing this cat-back impacts the Ford warranty?
Thanks!
