Child lock on Right back passenger door

I have a 22 Outerbanks 4dr and would like to know, has anyone had issues where the Child lock stays locked? My Right backseat door cannot be unlocked from the door unlock or opening the door from the inside to get out. The only way to open the door is to manually open it from the outside. This is a serious defect if in an accident and you cannot open door from locks or inside door itself!
The Ford dealership has called Ford and no response from them...need this fixed! Any help would be appreciated.

My 2021 had a recall on right rear door. May have been a different issue though. But check recall list. Im sorry, I have no link to find the list.
2023 Wildtrak, Iconic Silver, Hard top, ordered 10/5, built 12/13, delivered 1/18

Maybe the child safety lock is engaged? They are independent (right and left can be engaged)…

Child locks are very important. You wouldn't want this to happen...

Chris here. I drive a 2-door Velocity Blue 2023 Ford Bronco Badlands with Sasquatch, Lux, a 2.7L V6, and an automatic transmission. It’s fun.
