I have a 22 Bronco with a 2.7L V6 and 44k miles. Just saw a video that recommended I put on a catch can. Is this something I should consider?

There is an argument that all motors need them, I don't believe that, and I don't think it is as important with the 2.7 as it is with the 2.3 since it is direct injection. I added one to my 2.3 MY22 and I get about a tablespoon every 10k miles or so. I figured it was cheap insurance.
