Hello everyone,

I'm curious to know if anyone here has a camper they tow with their Bronco? I've been eyeing the Tetonix Hybrid but would like to hear about maybe even see what others are working with.

I’m not familiar with that trailer but I think any trailers the Jeep guys are useing would be a place to start.

The Teton X line of trailers look great for pulling behind a Bronco. My trailer is an Oliver Elite II and is too heavy (~4600lbs) to pull behind a Bronco. I see a second trailer in my future.

Looks like they added a new prototype called Porter. Nice.

I found this YouTube video fascinating. The Overkill T.K.4.7 looked good. 35 inch tires! Sweet! Will need to break open the piggy bank!

I did a search out of curiosity, found this

the Polydrop is obviously where musky got the design cues for the Cyber truck.

Yeah, it's looking pretty good! I like the

Yeah this is one I think I'll probably be getting. It has a loft of the features I'm looking for, to include the bunk for extra sleeping.

There is definitely some Cyber truck influence there, ha!

The most I would go is a pop-up. If you are into exploring... then boondocking is the search term. I'm a little hard core and if it wasn't for the kiddo's it would be backpack and tent. Anything more than a pop-up.... then...... just go get a hotel room. We pull this little pop-up to lake Lanier 4 or 5 times a year. Nothing like looking over at the next site and see a 48' motor coach with a 72" inch flat screen mounted to the outside.

There is a pretty cool hack on pop-up portal where you flip the axels to gain a few inches of ride height.

Looks good but I'm afraid to ask about price. I don't even want to click in on the video because I'm afraid......afraid I'll like it and try and "justify" the price.o_O Ugh.

A pimped out Bronco is already pushing the limits of what I'd "like" to spend.

Here's a write up about small trailers, the article is a few years old but includes a bunch of links to small trailer manufacturers web sites.....

I haven't seen this one mentioned anywhere but looks like a decent option for the Bronco. Also nice that it can also double as a utility trailer or gear hauler in addition to a lightweight camping trailer. doesn't have the builtin/slide out fridge like others do, or slide out kitchen, but you can get a portable kitchen to go with it that looks pretty nice. and the price tag for a fully loaded one will not break the bank, like some of the others.

You can build a small trailer. I will be rebuilding my teardrop to make it more off-road worthy. Maybe a little more angular. I built the thing in 2005 for about 2500 I am sure I can rebuild it for about less than $1000. There are lots of plans on line, all you need is a little want to.

I was thinking building. start off with a utility trailer. It would take a little creativity to avoid CT inspection.

Timely topic.

Mrs has some opinions. I may have bitten off something I don't want to chew.

While causually point around the interweb, I came across the Lance 1475. Casually showed it to Mrs. Now she is all set that "we're getting one, don't talk to me about anything else".

3700lbs wet, Bronco has a 3500lb to capacity. Am I screwed?

Yeah check out t&ttt teardrops and tiny travel trailers. It’s a DIY build site. They have anything from standies to teardrops.they have builders from all over the country and can help with inspections and registering with different states. Texas it was easy, took about 3 minutes to get mine.

Also you can save some money. My trailer is a clone of a Camp-Inn teardrop. If I was to buy it built it would have cost my about $15,000. The guys at Camp-inn even helped me with my build. I used their doors and some other parts.

I WISH, WISH the Bronco had a tow capacity of 5K. That Lance 1475 is what I was looking to buy to replace my travel trailer with. I had to sell my travel trailer and now maybe looking at a popup or just doing a tent again. Putting up a pop up seems like a ton of work and taking it down, a tent for me I can set up just as much time as my previous hardsided travel trailer and be done.
