Wireless charging pad help

I enjoy using the wireless charging pad in my Big Bend. Though every time I hit a bump I get the notification on my screen that the charge has been disrupted. It happens quite often to the point where the pop up notifications have become more of an annoyance. Does anyone know if I can disable the pop up notifications?

I think you would have to pull a fuse to turn it off. I have not had this problem on my '18 or now my '20 expedition...

After taking a few minutes to look in the owners manual. And gooooogling.
There is important info for those interested in this wireless feature.
There are several precautionary things, do's and donts. including how performance may stop.

Appears it probably is off until a device that needs charging is placed on it. ???!

Cuz it says
When device is fully charged.
Charging will stop.
~ guessing~
