I just bought my Bronco sport back in May ‘25. Late July it was time for 10k mile maintenance check up and oil change after a family road trip. I got Ford to come to my work and do everything. After they called and said the service was complete FordPass app sends me a notification saying the oil change needed to be done still… called back and they said sometimes it takes 30 minutes for the system to update, okay. Time to leave for work, I had groceries to load up, tried unlocking my car with the app didn’t work, got out the app went back in nothing… couldn’t do my scheduled remote starts, didn’t work at all! Did everything I found to do to try and remedy the issue and I take it to the dealership for them to tell me it’s lost connection with telecommunication the satellites. They will order the part.
They’ve had my car 2 weeks now, told me they’ve ordered it 3 times and thought it came in August 20th to find out it’s on back order.

Has anyone else had this issue??
