I’m getting a “Shift System Fault” along with an occasional “Hill Assist Unavailable” message on my ‘21 Bronco Sport. And “See Manual”.
I also get a “key battery low-replace soon”needs to be replaced notice which I have done twice.
Is it safe to drive?

If your battery is low or the cables are dirty you will get faults like the Shift System Fault. Don't worry about tne shift system until you have fixed the battery fault. It's perfectly safe to drive but get the battery fault fixed
asap.

Thanks for this information! I did drive it and the messages didn’t come back. I have an appointment with service Monday.
