So what's the best guess on the size of the tires will be on the Squatch package? I guess I'm not sure what's possible with a small lift.

Will FORD also offer the Snow Plow option?

My guess would be a 2-3" lift, and similar increase in tire diameter.

That's my guess. Would be cool if they stuck the Falken Wild Peak AT3 on it.

It currently looks like the largest tire on a Badlands is a 235/65/17 which is a 29" tire so you might be pretty close. I believe that size is around a 31".

Rumor mill says its basically the Bronco Sport Badlands, with rear tow hooks added, front tow hooks moved from underneath the bumper to on the bumper, 1" factory lift, and additional proper skid plates for approach and departure, with an optional brush bar. Which would likely include the 235/65 17's that are optional. I highly doubt they increased the size of the wheel well to fit anything bigger than a 31" tire (the current max) for the 25 model refresh and additional packaging.

Yes, 31's fit. I have 245/65 on my BS Badlands. and with the 1.5" lift I have on it, I could upsize again but I haven't seen the need.

You can't do more than a 2" lift on the current model without having to make serious changes. Up size the tire and 1.5" lift give the BS Badlands about 11" of ground clearance so more than enough for the the vehicles capabilities. The wheel base is only 105" so going much higher would likely make it too unstable without making it wider.

You guys got it all wrong.
They're gonna drop the 2.7l in it (so the big Bronco can get a 7.3l for it's refresh), 4" lift, 34" tires. Going to be a beast!!

And then, next year they'll release the Bronco Sport Raptor!! With a 3.0 and 37" tires!!

And if you believe any of that, I have a bridge I'd like to sell you.

With that out of the way, they need to go bigger than the BS Badlands, otherwise what is the point? And if they can't drop 32's under it, then why even bother having a BS Sasquatch?

Honestly the 2.3 from the big Bronco would fit in the Bronco Sport, would be cool if they did drop that in there. Yeah I kind of agree, aside from the rear recovery hooks everything else can be easily added after market and likely better quality. Badlands with 235/65 stock sits at 8.8" of ground clearance, with 245/65 sits at just about 9.3" of clearance + 1" factory lift you are at 10.3" so call it 10" which is better than the TRD 4Runner. So to come from the factory with skids, front and rear recovery hooks and better ground clearance, approach and departure angles, I see why they are doing it, just curious what the $$$ will be. Also with sync 4 it's possible to have 360 cameras instead of the 180 that is on the Badlands with sync 3 on the current version. I did happen to read some rather concerning news about the maverick, they cut the HP by 15, from 250 down to 235. If they do that in the 2025 Bronco Sport they're going to have to do something to maintain sales otherwise people will opt for the 2021-2024 models and just go after market.

Curiosity piqued. But mostly, it has to do with the furry arm with a BALD hand writing the date on the tailgate. Would Finasteride help? Regardless, more options are always welcome!

At some point, the lines between Bronco Sport and Bronco will be blurred so much that the models will be indistinguishable and our Build & Price page will consist of 20+ trim lines and packages. Not necessarily a bad thing...
Chris here. I drive a 2-door Velocity Blue 2023 Ford Bronco Badlands with Sasquatch, Lux, a 2.7L V6, and an automatic transmission. It’s fun.

Truthfully, I would like to see the Bronco Sport Badlands and/or Sasquatch models be a true 4Runner competitor. It has basically the same power, torque, and passenger space as the 4runner already just less trunk space and a shorter wheel base. With all the quality issues Toyota is having and the fact they have gone the turbo 4cyl route which Ford has been at longer, Ford should really capitalize on it and truly compete. It would be nice to finally have an option outside of the 4runner in that class that can off road and I mean truly off road not just the mid and easy routes that the Sport Badlands can do now. And if they don't it'd be nice to get some other upgrades from the factory, like snorkel / raised intake, the ability to go up to a 33" tire without having to cut into the body, etc...

It'll be better off road with all the underbody protection.

So the 2025 loses 12 HP from 250 down to 238, adds a few hundred pounds and completely loses the physical climate controls. The bumpers, approach and departure skid plates as well as front and rear recovery points being moved are a benefit. Not sure why they say the towing capacity increased from 2200 to 2700 without giving any specifics, 360 cameras are cool. Overall just don't think its worth it to be honest. The loss of the physical controls genuinely makes this DOA for me.

I have the same screen and controls on my 23 Escape, and I agree not having physical climate controls is at times a pain, but it is not a deal breaker… I’m expecting my ‘25 Maverick will not have physical buttons… makes it easier to do redundant buttons by the manufacturer (ie, steering wheel controls as well as dash…)

There’s a lot to like in the ‘25… 360 cameras, Sasquatch equipment, and auxiliary switches all are welcome additions… I’m thinking our own @Melissa Clark and Brian (?) must have had some serious input to the folks at big blue on the refresh…

Loss of physical controls is fine for road driving, I live in the mountains of Idaho. Half the year you can't see the road, the other half you are driving on dirt that often gets washed out. Touch screens are not good when you need 100% focus on what you are doing. They are terrible for off road. You ever try using a touchscreen while bouncing around and being off camber? Yeah its not even plausible. The idea of moving controls or even worse like in the ranger raptor and move the entire the 4x4 system into the touch screen, it is idiotic. You completely eliminate the purpose of the vehicle.

the camera are nice, switches are nice as well. Not sure the position of the switches basically just replacing the glasses holder being ideal but its better than nothing. I like the new grab handles on the center console and the new exterior tie points are also nice. Hopefully Ford is smart enough to sell the bumper kits or someone makes them aftermarket so 21-24 owners can upgrade from the plastic to actual approach and departure skids and better recovery points.
