I'm expecting to take delivery of my Bronco Sport Badlands in a month or so and hope to take it to the Silver Lake Sand Dunes near Lake Michigan this summer. One thing I know I will need is a ORV flag, does anyone know a good place to get them online? Also any recommendations on how to mount? I know the Badlands has front tow hooks so I may be able to utilize one of them. Otherwise, is there anyone with experience on the sand that can recommend any key equipment to bring or preparation to do? Thanks in advance!

If you have the tow package.
I don’t know why you couldn’t mount it to a stinger, unless there’s a protocol for where they need to be mounted.

I do have the tow package, but I believe they require it to be mounted on the front of the vehicle

You might check out some of the Great king of the hammers videos.
and see where they’re placing them.
Unless a sand rail runner will post up here soon.

Safety flag~
How about on top?!
If safety flag has to go infront
there are flag clamps.
But you will probaly have to modify something &/or
Have something made.
Best suggestion
A bull bar with an attached flag clamp. It would be similar to adding lights in front.
But weird to have that whipping infront of vehicle. imo

Thats my 2007 tacoma.
3" lift
Add a leaf rear
Offset wheels with 32's
Firestone air ride system in the back to handle gear and trails better.
Had the sliders and front bumper guard made.
More coverage for smaller obstructions than a bull bar.

*This style bumper guard Possibly better to put the whip flag clamp off to the side?!!

I ordered a bracket for a Ford Raptor front tow hook, here is the link.

It’s not a perfect match, the bottom bracket is for a round style tow hook. I took black zip ties and secured it rather easily.

I also ordered a quick disconnect and flag from Amazon. The flag has to be square and a certain amount of feet above the ground. Here are those links.

I am getting my BSB ready for Holly Oaks in Oakland county. Silver Lake will be when I get up north over the summer.
