At 65mph, gave it gas and NO power!

Hi. I have a 2022 Bronco Sport Big Bend with 1000 miles. I was driving at about 65mph and wanted to pass someone so gave it gas and nothing happened. The gas pedal went to the floor and no acceleration.

I slowed somewhat to grasp at what had just happened but continued on, and in the next mile, it continued to happen so I pulled over. I turned off the vehicle and waited 5 minutes and then continued to my destination which was another 5 miles. It felt very sluggish, and I drove very conservatively because I didn't want to stall at the top of the Sunshine Skyway!!

I took the vehicle to my Ford dealership and I got the call this morning that the tech drove the vehicle and couldn't duplicate the problem. They want me to test-drive it with them. So what if it doesn't happen then? They will hand it back to me and expect me to drive it until I have a real issue and I'm stranded somewhere or worse?

Has anyone had any issues like this?

I wonder about the "GOAT" knob....... Perhaps do a cycle through those choices. Drive in each of the dial/dash readout modes. I Prefer Normal mode and seldom use "Sport" mode or the others. But once in a while run in "ECO" mode. Eco mode alows the sluggishness to come though and is noticable here in NC. but then cruise control takes care of all the different quirks..
