Welcome!!
"Actual" off-roading similar to Moab is unfortunately pretty rare out east. Most of the eastern United States was already developed/settled prior to the introduction of the National Park system and the creation of the Bureau of Land Management in the early 1900s. So unfortunately there isn't a whole lot of free public land to go off-roading on. There is, however, a decent amount of privately owned off-road parks.
I'm sure you are already well aware of this... but Ohio along the I-80 corridor is uhh... pretty flat and boring if you are an off-roader. If you want to stay in Ohio... you'll have to drive down to the Ohio/West Virginia border southeast of Columbus. Wayne National Forest and Zaleski State Forest in particular have some trails, but none of them are particularly difficult.
If you are willing to go out of state... Allegheny National Forest has a good number of off-road trails/roads, but most of them are well-maintained by the National Forest Service and therefore pretty easy trails.
For private off-road parks where you can really test your Bronco Sport... there is Rouch Off-Road Park in southern Michigan, as well as AOAA and Rausch Creek in Pennsylvania.
